Limiting engine size is a load of bollox anyway ... every car on the road can travel at excessive speeds ... it shows how out of touch these cunts are. The days of a Fiat 127 versus a 1600 cc Ford escort are gone. Stupid cunts. The idea of speed limiters is a great one - for trucks. Oh hang on, they're supposed to have them anyway aren't they?
